Dr. Laurie Maffly-Kipp lectured at CGU on the “scriptural abundance” in the Mormon tradition since its founding in the 1830s, particularly within the lesser-known RLDS tradition.
Dr. Maffly-Kipp is a professor of religion and politics at Washington University in St. Louis. Her research is part of a larger study of Mormonism in American life.
